This Suzuki AC50 arrived as a real puzzle: completely taken apart and spread over several boxes. We rebuilt it and brought it back into full technical order: engine running again, new chain, new tyres, plenty of electrical work and a complete fuel tank treatment with rust removal and coating.

From boxes to a running AC50
We rebuilt the bike and brought it back into full technical order. The engine runs again, it received a new chain and new tyres, and above all a lot of electrical work, because over the years the wiring had been badly mixed up.
The fuel tank was heavily rusted and received a complete treatment: rust removal followed by an internal coating. A few small missing parts also took a surprising amount of searching.
It is back on its wheels and runs beautifully. The owner will give it a thorough polish, and after that only a long test ride remains.
